One Last Time

So I'm not going to go ahead and start off my blog post like I usually do because this will be the last blog post documenting my ISM journey.

While it is bittersweet, I am extremely grateful and glad to have taken ISM and I could not imagine a better way to try out a career that I was somewhat interested in while also gaining experience.

As my ISM journey has finally come to an end, my life journey will continue as considering I am graduating a year early, I will be heading off to university in the fall where I will be pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance.

This Monday, we recently had our Final Presentation Night in which we gave our final 30 minute presentation, it did not go as planned for me. I had invited just a few people since I do not know many people here -- since I moved to Frisco High School last year -- and none of them showed up. It was a little saddening but nonetheless, I was thankful for my teachers and one friend who came and listened to my presentation despite me being flustered.

Honestly, I think my presentation would have gone more swift had maybe some others would have came, but I do have to say, after practicing presentations and speeches so many times throughout the year, Monday's presentation was probably the one I felt the most confident about and executed the best.

This was definitely significant part in my ISM journey of being able to present to an audience by myself, and I am glad to know that I have grown both personally and professionally this year.

With that being said, see you again, until next time.

Thank you for reading my post!
