Hi! Welcome back! In today’s post, I will be discussing updates regarding my mentorship/internship with my mentor Mr. Saurabh Aggarwal.
This past week in ISM has been quite slow, as many of my classmates work to complete their final product, I waited for my next assignment from my mentor.
Just yesterday, we went over everything we wanted to do for the summer camps my mentor's company XP League Frisco is holding, and he wants me to manage this campaign. Today I will be editing some flyers, and tomorrow I will be creating a draft version of an event on the same platform I used for my final product, Eventbrite.
Asides from the curriculum of the summer camps, we also discussed the target revenue goal and allocated 5% of that goal to our marketing budget which includes printouts of photos, running paid ads on Facebook and Instagram, and the Eventbrite Ads. I will also be getting paid for this campaign which I am grateful for, and will continue to work with my mentor for as long as I can before I start university in the fall.
ISM has been a wonderful opportunity for me, and as final presentation night approaches on April 22nd, that evening will surely test my presentational and public speaking skills. Progress does not happen within your comfort zone, and working on developing yourself, and investing in yourself will result in more than desirable results, and overall lead to success.
Thank you for reading! I hope to see you back next time.
