Hi! Welcome back! In this post, I will discuss how my original work has been going as the deadline (December 15th) approaches.
My original work has had its ups and downs, from swapping my original idea for my final product to creating an e-book. All I can say is that it has been quite eventful.
The past week of ISM has come with progress as I figured out the formatting and the topics I will include in my e-book titled Data-Driven Marketing – which is essentially an overview of what I have researched, whether that may be from secondary research or research interviews. It took me some time to decide on my specified topic from the vast field of data analytics, so I have found that most of my knowledge regarding data-driven marketing is from the research interviews I conducted.
Something I realized quite recently was that you could cite interviews. So, I have been conducting external research to verify what the professionals whom I have interviewed have said. My e-book will have four chapters with about four topics per chapter and will be delivered in a digestible and informative manner.
The e-book is meant to be a short introduction to the field of data-driven marketing for anyone interested in the area, and I know it will be able to demonstrate my newly acquired knowledge.
Being a part of ISM has allowed me to realize the many opportunities I have had, and I could not be more grateful for it. ISM has allowed me to grow personally and professionally and hone my interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, which will be beneficial down the line.
