Showcasing My Work

Hi! Welcome back! In today’s post, I will be discussing updates regarding my final product as well as a brief reflection on our recent Research Showcase at UNT.

This past week of ISM has been quite busy as I have actually wrapped up my final product, while preparing myself for the Research Showcase at UNT that occured on February 23rd.

My final product of formulating and running an entire digital marketing campaign for my mentor's startup XP League Frisco, I have learned quite a lot from the entire process. I have been able to hone my skills in areas such as content creation, targeted marketing, search engine optimization, communication, creativity, and have even acquired a new skill of navigating the platform Eventbrite. This week in ISM I took the time to reflect on my final product, and see what I could carry for formulating this campaign to the next campaign I am to start working on shortly. I proceeded with writing my brief analysis or perhaps reflection on the results of the digital marketing campaign, and then completed my final product set-up and completion document.

On the same note, while completing my final product, I was also preparing for the Research Showcase we had at UNT. The showcase went well, considering I was expecting very few people to stop by my display but I was surprised by the amount of people who showed up, and as each person stopped by, I got into the flow of explaining what ISM is, what the original work is, as well as what the final product is. It was a great learning experience, and has definitely given me more practice in presenting my research and newly gained knowledge.

My ISM journey has been enthralling, and I have no regrets for applying for this program as being apart of it, and being provided with all these resources have helped me learn tenfold about my field of study and I can't wait to see what I do in the near future with this knowledge.

Thank you for reading! I hope to see you back next time.
